Joli Gin Bar has the largest selection of Gin in the country. In the kitchen, we focus on seasonality, offering New American cuisine. Our cocktail program highlights the individual flavors in each gin. With so many gins to choose from, our mission is to find a Gin for everyone to enjoy!

I come from a multicultural background with lots of flavor crossovers, the regions I grew up in accentuated bold flavors and with a strong hospitality mindset focusing on communal engagement.

I have a degree in culinary arts from LeNôtre, an established French Baking and Pastry school. I spent 5 years with a James Beard Award winning Japanese restaurant from Texas.

I pride myself in using sustainable practices in the kitchen, and repurpose product trim to the best of our abilities to limit waste; while emphasizing using regional and seasonal products.
