EXECUTIVE CHEF BRYAN PIERCE
Bryan has been cooking professionally for over 16 years, and has studied working with Japanese and Mexican ingredients. He focuses on trying to be as seasonal as possible, while using the local products the PNW has to offer.
His mission statement for the restaurant is summed up, in his words, “Be badass, have fun.”
